The location was unbelievably good for walking around Cathedral. Super friendly and amiable staff and everything was good. Stayed in double room with a balcony which was perfect for me...

The location of this hotel is simply fantastic! Right in the center of the city, it is just a stone's throw away from the ferry terminal, shops, and restaurants. Plus, being right on the lakefront opposite the marina, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the beautiful lake from our room with a little balcony at the boulevard. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The attention to detail was impressive, and the frequent change of bed linen was a nice touch. We found this hotel to be great value for money. The room we stayed in, with its balcony and fabulous view, exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at this hotel was a delightful start to our day. The spread provided was satisfactory and kept us fueled for our daily adventures in Descanzano.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was marvelous and we couldn't find any faults.

Hotel is in an excellent location with nice view of lake as well as being close to many restaurants and shops. Outdoor cafe seating is a plus.

Rooms and en suite bathroom are extremely small and cramped and quite a bit older than advertised on brochure and website..

The service was fantastic, with convenient parking outside. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless. the hotel's location was magnificent, as it was only a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit.

The location of Hotel Tripoli was perfect, right in the heart of the town with a great view of the harbor area. I loved being able to easily access the ferry port and explore the nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel's central location made it convenient for public transportation as well, with the train station just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel offered a lovely breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Nice hotel . Clean and tidy . Small but tasteful rooms with flat screen , mini-bar and safe .I had a room next to small street . Noisy when city cleaning came to empty containers at 2.00 in the morning . For the rest nothing but good to tell . The best location in town next to port . Central location , next to bars and restaurants .

This place has a fantastic location next to Malcesine with shops, restaurants, bars, and the Ferry nearby.

Location was a big plus point, right on the lake front. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife around. The hotel had good breakfast and a clean environment. Aside from these, we were able to do a lot of activities nearby.

The hotel lacked personality and was quite impersonal. The room was very basic with no decoration, pretty much like a budget hotel.

Room (303 or maybe 330) was spacious with pleasant decor but now a bit scruffy and in need of a fresh coat of paint and new soft furnishings. Bathroom was fine and looked like it had been redone fairly recently.

The hotel is located in a prime spot right across from the ferry terminals, allowing easy access to explore all the different towns around the lake. The room was comfortable and the service from the polite and helpful staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast was also nice and had a good selection of food. In addition to this, there were plenty of seating areas just outside the entrance to relax and enjoy the views of the harbour.

The bathrooms could use some minor improvements as not all of the lights were functioning properly when we arrived and were not replaced during our stay.
